What I do

I work directly with facility managers, operations directors, and business owners across DFW who need a consultant who can scope a project honestly and see it through from site walk to installation.

Fire alarm, life safety, access control, video surveillance, AV and IT integration, and the managed-service contracts that keep them running. The same scope I have been specifying for commercial facilities in this market since 2008.

Soy hablante nativa de español. I serve Spanish-speaking facility managers and site staff across DFW with the same depth of work I do in English; both are professional, both are everyday.

A record

Started in operations. Promoted into sales. Never left the field.

I started in this industry in 2008 in operations, not sales. As a Service Supervisor at Convergint Technologies, I managed a base of 350+ commercial accounts across the DFW metro, ran $650,000+ in monthly service revenue, and oversaw a team of six field technicians handling fire alarm, security, and life safety systems for facilities of every size.

In 2017, I moved into the Account Executive role, where I managed 15 strategic accounts and closed individual maintenance contracts up to $500,000. My record year produced $7.2 million in service revenue in 2016, the highest profit output in that branch's 12-year history.

That nine-year run in service before sales is the reason I scope projects the way I do: needs analysis first, recommendations second, with a realistic picture of installation and ongoing service. For the complete career timeline, read the full background.
